The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Warsaw was founded rather late in the history of Poland, although it has already been considered as the country's cultural, political, and economic capital for many centuries already. Its history and beautiful structures attract travellers to experience Poland through the city, with most of them coming from the Warsaw Airport. Cheap car hire at Warsaw Airport enables them to get around the city with ease.

A notable first stop in Warsaw is its Old Town that was built from scratch. It was destroyed during World War II but its historical importance still remains. The Old Town was painstakingly rebuilt to resemble the way it used to look like before the war destroyed it.

More doses of history are offered by the Historical Museum of Warsaw that is located on the Square. It features screenings of a documentary about Warsaw's destruction and rebuilding together with collections from the city's history. Close to the Square is the north-south street called “The Royal Way”, a boulevard that is filled with magnificent galleries, palaces, museums, and cathedrals. The Royal Way is also the main tourist hub of Warsaw.

Most of Warsaw's entertainment, fine dining, and accommodations are found in the Old Town area. Visitors can also enjoy dropping by at the student clubs located along the Royal Way's southern portion so they can witness a variety of cultural shows like poetry reading, theatre, concerts, and recitals.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
