We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

The Kos Island International Airport is based in Hippocrates so some travellers refer to it as the Kos Ippokratis Airport. As the only airport catering to international travellers to Kos Island, it is reputed as the 6th highly important airport in Greece. Around 2 million passengers pass through the Kos Airport each year and it becomes busier every summer so it starts operating 24 hours a day. Cheap car Hire in Kos Airport allows travellers to get to their respective destinations in the island.

Kos Airport houses two terminals for its passengers: departures and arrivals. The terminals have 12 check-in desks, 3 baggage claim areas, and five gates catering to the airport's passengers. There is currently an expansion process being developed to improve the terminal for departures to better accommodate more passengers.

Only a limited number of facilities is available at the Kos Airport due to its relatively small size. These include a police station that assists passengers in their safety needs and a health care centre for emergency medical needs. Aside from that, passengers are provided with shopping for souvenirs, gifts, and personal items in Duty-free shops while their gastronomic needs are complemented by efficient restaurant services.

Kos Town only stands 26 kilometres from the airport. Cheap car hire at Kos Airport allows passengers to conveniently drive to the town by themselves. If not opting for budget car rental, passengers can rely on the Olympic shuttle buses if they rode the Olympic Airways. If not, they can walk through the roundabout outside the terminal to seek a KTEL bus that takes trips to Kos Town and other destinations like Kardhamena, Mastihari, and Kefalos. Passengers also have the option to take a cab to town.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
