We had to return the car earlier due to a family situation. Informed comparecarhire. Who said nothing to do with us inform Avis. We had already informed Avis who were very helpful. Comparecarhire assumed we were looking for a refund. We didn't expect one and neither did we request one.

Although terminal 1 was indicated on the booking. The rental was booked out of terminal 2. After waiting for 90 mins at terminal 1 we had to then go to terminal 2 to collect the car
