The instructions for pick up

The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Location information for Zadar

In the heart of the stretch of the Croatian coast stands Zadar, a 3,000-year old town that is being surrounded by picturesque national parks, vast beaches, and marvelous islands. Croatians treat Zadar as their holiday destination especially during summertime, but visitors can also drop by and enjoy its beaches and historical attributes. Availing car hire at Zadar makes it easier for visitors to get around.

Zadar is famous for its beaches like Punta Bajlo, Vitrenajak, Diklo, and Borik. Its main beach is called Kolovare and visitors are also encouraged to visit the nearby islands by renting a boat. The centre of the town is marked by fragments of a Roman forum, particularly by its square. From there, visitors can head over by foot to other historical landmarks of Zadar.

The 9th century church of St. Donat is not to be missed with its pre-Romanesque structure that was originally erected to serve as the temple of Juno.  What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).
