The Thrifty address is incorrect

The Thrifty address is incorrect on 121carhire site. We had to track it down when we got to Campbelltown. Not near train station so with 2 large suitcases it was a pain... We managed to get a lift but please change it for the sake of others.

Every year, more than 30 million passengers arrive and depart from its terminals with domestic and international destinations in four continents. A total of four terminals make up the entire Sydney Airport with Terminal 1 international, Terminal 3 Qantas, Terminal 2 Domestic, and the Express Terminal. An Airport Rail Link offers transportation between all the terminals as it connects Terminals 1 and 2 as well as the entire airport to the suburbs and the heart of Sydney.

The Sydney Airport offers banking convenience to travellers with ATMs and bureaux de change facilities in Terminal 1's level 1 and the arrival area's level 2. Internet access can be obtained at the airport bar while the Australian Post provides fax and postal services. Cafes and restaurants are present inside the Sydney Airport with an array of international and local choices for wining and dining. Several retail and service outlets are also available on-site including beauty salons, fashion stores, and other specialty stores. For emergency medical needs, Level 3 of Terminal 1 has a medical centre and a pharmacy. Children's activities are offered at the Star Alliance and One World gate lounges. There is also a help desk in the departures level 2 of Terminal 1.

To get to Sydney, passengers can arrange for a limousine service or find a cheap car hire in Sydney Airport. Either way, booking for a limousine service or a car rental should be done in advance for more convenience. Otherwise, the passenger can ride a taxi or a bus outside Terminal 1. The Airport Rail Link can also take passengers to the city.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
